mLean

PTG initiated a strategic collaboration with the mlean team to develop web solutions that complement its ecosystem of applications focused on continuous industrial improvement. The main objective of the project was to create a web version of the Lean Centre module, a tool previously developed for iOS. This new version had to faithfully replicate the functionality and user experience of the mobile application, ensuring consistent integration within the mLean product suite.

App Development

The project was developed under the Agile Squad model, with a professional team that was completely autonomous and self-managed, capable of integrating into mLean’s processes and dynamics. This approach allowed for fluid and continuous collaboration, working hand in hand with the client to achieve objectives effectively and deliver value in each sprint. The PTG team’s main work focused on frontend development with Vue.js and test automation using TestCafe, ensuring the quality and stability of the software in each iteration. Throughout the process, an agile dynamic of periodic validations, end-of-sprint demos, and rigorous control of acceptance criteria and delivery times was maintained. Thanks to this collaboration, mlean was able to extend the accessibility of its Lean tools to web environments, improving flexibility of use and reinforcing its commitment to digital transformation in the industry.
